This policy applies to payments for the My Domain Listing 12-month business-directory listing service, which includes one guaranteed Featured Business of the Day placement during the active service year.
Review before paying
Please review the price, business name, domain URL, contact information, and billing details before submitting payment. Unless recurring billing is expressly disclosed and separately authorized at checkout, the purchase is a one-time payment.
Refund requests
Refunds are not automatic and are reviewed case by case. Contact us as soon as possible if you made a duplicate or mistaken payment, were charged an incorrect amount, did not receive the purchased service, or experienced another billing problem. Include the business name, payment date, amount, and a description of the issue, but do not email full payment-card numbers.
Because work may begin soon after payment and the listing is a time-based digital service, fees may be non-refundable after the listing has been activated or substantial work has been performed, except where required by law or where we fail to provide a material purchased commitment that we cannot reasonably correct. Dissatisfaction with traffic, search ranking, leads, or sales does not by itself guarantee a refund because those results are not promised.
Featured-day guarantee
If the business has not been displayed as a Featured Business of the Day by the end of its active 12-month term, contact us. We will promptly arrange the promised feature at no additional charge. Any additional remedy will be considered under this policy and applicable law.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are ordinarily sent to the original payment method. Financial institutions and payment processors control when the credit appears. Processor or third-party fees may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
