This Privacy Policy explains how My Domain Listing collects, uses, shares, and protects information through this website and our business-directory service.
Information we collect
We may collect information you submit, including business name, domain URL, owner or contact name, phone numbers, email address, billing address, listing details, support messages, and transaction information. We may also collect routine technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, timestamps, cookies, and security logs.
Payment information
Payments are processed through payment providers connected to our forms, which may include Stripe and Authorize.Net. Those providers receive payment-card information needed to process the transaction under their own privacy and security practices. My Domain Listing does not intentionally publish full payment-card details in the directory.
How we use information
- To process payments and provide the purchased 12-month listing service.
- To create, maintain, correct, and feature business listings.
- To communicate about payments, listings, support, and service notices.
- To prevent fraud, spam, misuse, and security incidents.
- To comply with law and enforce our agreements.
Public directory information
Business-facing information may be displayed publicly, including a business name, website, address, phone number, category, and other listing details. Do not submit personal information that you do not want included in a public business listing.
How we share information
We may share information with service providers that support hosting, forms, payment processing, security, analytics, communications, and administration; when required by law; to protect rights and safety; or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell payment-card information.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain transaction and listing records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted by contacting us. Some records may be retained when needed for security, transaction records, legal compliance, or other legitimate purposes. You may also ask us to correct or remove eligible public listing information.
Children
The service is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date on this page. Privacy questions or requests may be sent to contact@mydomainlisting.com.
