These Terms of Service govern your use of My Domain Listing and your purchase of our business-directory listing service. By using the website or submitting payment, you agree to these Terms.
Our service
A completed purchase provides one business with a directory listing on My Domain Listing for twelve (12) months beginning when the paid listing is activated. The service is a directory-listing and promotional service. It does not register, renew, sell, or transfer ownership of any domain name.
Featured Business of the Day guarantee
During the active 12-month service term, we guarantee that the listed business will be selected and displayed as a Featured Business of the Day at least one time. My Domain Listing determines the feature date, which may occur at any point during the service term. Temporary maintenance, outages, or a rescheduled feature date do not cancel the guarantee. If the business has not received its featured day by the end of the service term, contact us so we can promptly arrange the feature at no additional charge.
Customer responsibilities
You confirm that you are authorized to submit and purchase a listing for the business and that the business name, domain URL, contact details, and other information you provide are accurate, lawful, and not misleading. You are responsible for notifying us of requested corrections.
Listing standards
We may edit formatting, decline unlawful or deceptive content, or suspend a listing that infringes rights, contains malware, impersonates another party, or creates a security or legal risk. We do not guarantee search-engine ranking, website traffic, leads, revenue, or sales.
Payments and renewal
The price and service term are shown at checkout before payment. Unless recurring billing is expressly disclosed at checkout and separately authorized by you, the purchase is a one-time payment and does not renew automatically. Payment processing may be provided by third-party processors.
Third-party websites
Directory listings may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy practices, or transactions.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Except for the express 12-month listing and Featured Business of the Day commitments above, the website and service are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Domain Listing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Changes will not reduce a service commitment already purchased without your consent. Questions may be sent to contact@mydomainlisting.com.
